Russell and Dawson has a variety of experience serving their clients’ needs from simple
additions to more complex projects. One of our largest projects was United Technologies Hamilton Standard Aftermarket Support Facility located in East Windsor, Connecticut. This facility included 100,000 square feet of office space and 250,000 square feet of highly complex production space. Services included preparation of conceptual plan through complete comprehensive architecture and engineering, and supervision during construction.
Russell and Dawson’s experience includes data collection, preplanning, research and programming, market study, site planning, preparation of construction schedules, cost estimates, value engineering, project management, and fast track construction
Russell and Dawson’s experience is not limited only to new construction; the firm has worked on a variety of additions and alterations to existing buildings to suit existing or new tenants. The firm is well versed and knowledgeable in dealing with local, state and federal agencies in the approval and permit process required for the successful completion of projects.
As an in-house architectural and engineering firm, Russell and Dawson is able to provide better service in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost to their clients. From time to time, Russell and Dawson has engaged the services of experienced consultants to meet a necessary deadline for the successful and timely completion of a project.
